These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of my services as an independent artist. By commissioning my artwork, animations, or purchasing my digital products (such as comics, illustration, assets or games), you agree to these Terms.

1. Commission Scope

I offer commissions for 2D art, including illustrations, animations (such as motion graphics), and collaborations for comics in various formats (manga, webtoon, etc.). I also provide character concept art and sprites for games.

• Work commissioned by clients may be used for personal or commercial purposes if it was paid for in full or agreed upon beforehand.

• Commissions based on my own projects or original franchises are for personal use only, unless otherwise approved.

2. Third-Party Platforms

I may offer commissions through third-party platforms such as Fiverr or VGen in the future. Direct payments via PayPal are currently accepted.

You can also contact me through social media platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), or Discord to discuss commissions.

3. Pricing and Payment

Payment is required upfront before work begins.

All pricing is fixed per piece (not hourly) and will be clearly communicated before starting the commission. Payments are handled securely through PayPal or through third-party platforms such as Fiverr and VGen.

Digital products (e.g., webtoons, games, or premium content) may be sold through platforms such as Patreon or itch.io.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

• For commissions based on my original works or franchises, the artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.

• For custom or fan art commissions, clients are responsible for ensuring that no copyright laws are violated.

• I retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise before payment.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available after work has begun, unless I am unable to complete the commission.

For PayPal commissions, if I cannot start or there is a significant delay, I may offer a refund.

Refunds for commissions through third-party platforms (e.g., Fiverr, VGen) follow those platforms’ refund policies.

6. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the commission. For most projects, I request up to one week to complete the artwork. If delays occur, I will notify the client as soon as possible.

7. Content Restrictions

I accept a wide range of commissions, including those with mature or adult themes. However, I do not accept commissions that include explicit, violent, or extreme content such as gore or S-cat, which if you are expert of these genres, I'm out.

Additionally, any use of my original characters or franchises in explicit works is not permitted unless a special agreement or commercial license is discussed and approved beforehand. 

8. Copyright and Usage

Clients may use the commissioned artwork for personal use (such as avatars, profiles, or displays). Commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon prior to payment.

I am not responsible for any copyright issues that arise from fan art or third-party intellectual property used in the commission.

9. Modification of Terms

I may update these Terms as needed. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and changes will not affect existing agreements.

10. Dispute Resolution

If any issues arise with a commission, please contact me via Instagram, X (Twitter), or Discord, and I will do my best to resolve them fairly.

Once work has started, refunds are only offered in cases of major delay or if I cannot complete the project.
